January 28 - February 3 2001

Greetings all! I your trusty pig am here again! This week has been a slow one. The weather has much improved and we went for an outing (in a large groupof course - the more bears there are the less chance of a cat attack.). In our wonderingd we stopped and chatted with our friendly neighborhood goat fritz. Fritz is a bit behind on gossip due to the snowy weather but assures me that as soon as he is in the know again he will tell me all there is. We had a nice chat anyway, and though I offered to untie him he seemed happy where he was so we set off once again.

We took a tour (self guided of course by me) through the Historic district of town (aka Main street). The abandoned buildings are just full of goodies, but it was so dusty inside that we soon gave that idea up.

We had a nice picnic lunch at the park and were only stalked by three yowling cats none of which got close enough to do any damage. Luckily the cats reminded us that the evil queen needed another whisker trim so we put that on our to do list and headed for the town's hot spot (the gas station). Things were gping pretty slow there and the sky was threatening rain so off we hurried towards home where we gave that evil cat her whisker trim. I am going to have to invest in some more bandages though as Edgar and Booy used that last ones up after the ordeal ( as they call it).

Well, i must go, it is going to rain and we are getting on our raincoats and boots to go splash in the puddles! Till next time,
O
